Analytic Companies

Sonarax: Sonarx is an Application software for mobile phones, wireless content delivery to mobile devices via inaudible and audible sound signals, in particular leveraging user location, user preferences, user behaviors, user demographics, user gaming triggers such as points or badges, and other activities that may take place on or with a mobile device.

WEBVOZ ‘Smart Tone’ Technology

Certain third party applications utilize WEBVOZ Smart Tone technology to create a more personalized experience for their end-users. Smart Tones are high frequency, inaudible sound waves that send data over audio and can trigger smart content and app experiences when registered by an end-user’s mobile device. We rely on the device microphone to detect and decode Smart Tone UUIDs and all Smart Tones are decoded on the local device. WEBVOZ receives and buffers approximately ten seconds worth of audio. Once the data is processed and analyzed it is overwritten by new data and cannot be saved or recovered. Additionally, WEBVOZ does not have the capability to deliver audio to a server, save or review audio minus the Smart Tone detection in any way.

USE OF INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to provide you full access and functionality of the Services. Accordingly, your information may be used for the following purposes: (i) to provide and improve the Services, features and content; (ii) to administer your use of the Services and accounts; (iii) to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Services; (iv) to better understand your needs and interests; (v) to fulfill requests or to respond to questions or comments you may make; (vi) to personalize your experience; (vii) to provide you with announcements, notifications and advertisements related to your interests and use of the Services and other communications such as electronic newsletters, promotional e-mails or similar messaging; (viii) to provide service announcements; (ix) to protect against users seeking to hack into the Services; and (x) to assess the level of general interest in the Services.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

In addition, in some cases we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if WEBVOZ or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the unlikely event that WEBVOZ goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. ACCESS AND DELETION OF INFORMATION

We keep user data until you delete it. We remove personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email or phone number) and other preferences associated with your account promptly after you delete your account. We may retain other data indefinitely.
